Ready to Make a Splash?
Tri-Valley Divers is expanding access to the sport of diving in the Tri-Valley region. Utilizing our “Fun First” approach, we strive to help build better young people through sport and allow them to achieve a sense of community.
At Tri-Valley Divers, we emphasize a “Fun First” approach to foster a love of sport, which we can then build on to create better people.
Our Mission
To shift mindsets by focusing on our process of having fun first.
Our Vision
To build a community of young athletes who love diving.
Core Values
Have fun. Work hard, play hard. Acknowledge the value of every athlete as a person.
Our Model
Childhood activities should be fun, not stressful. We have seen the toll performance-based expectations can have on athletes, young ones in particular, and believe there is a need for a shift in approach. At Tri-Valley Divers, we emphasize a “Fun First” model that engages young people and helps them foster a love of sport while finding a community of their own. We understand there is more to sport than competition and results, which is why our primary goal is to build better people through the sport of diving.
Just as activities shouldn’t be stressful for athletes, they shouldn’t be for parents either. Our approach helps remove anxiety associated with attending activities when young people lack confidence in their abilities. And our unique approach to parent communication keeps you in the loop with direct feedback from coaches.
