Free trial classes are available every other Wednesday from 4-5:30pm for athletes ages 13 & Under and 5:30-7pm for athletes ages 14 & Over

What to expect at your trial

No experience needed. Just show up and we'll handle the rest. Here's exactly how the hour goes.

1 · Arrive

10 minutes early

Park in Lot H at Las Positas College — no permit needed. Walk to the pool deck entrance and look for a coach in TVD gear.

2 · Bring

Swimsuit + towel

That's it. No goggles or special equipment required. Parents watch from the seating area outside the pool deck.

3 · In the water

About 60 minutes

Quick warm-up on land, then progressive pool work in the bubble system. Coaches introduce dives one step at a time.

4 · After

Zero pressure

If your kid loved it, we'll point you to enrollment. If not, you walk away with a fun afternoon and no obligation.
