Future Champions
Where every diving journey begins.
Future Champions is built for divers ages 6 to 13 who are ready to start. Whether your child is brand new, moving up from a Summer Dive Camp, or arriving with a gymnastics or other athletic background, this is where the foundation gets built.
The work at this stage is not a long dive list. It is body awareness, clean shapes (tuck, pike, straight), hurdle mechanics, and safe, confident entries. We teach in a structured, multi-level progression so every diver knows what they are working on and what comes next. Safety is built in at every step, with dryland training, spotting belts, and the pool's bubbler system so divers gain confidence before trying anything new.
Families choose two or four practices per week to fit their schedule. Each practice is 90 minutes. What this program is really about: a genuine love of the sport, and the fundamentals that everything else is built on later.

High School Program
Your edge in high school diving.
For divers ages 14 and up who want to compete at the varsity level. Strong grade 7 and 8 divers may also qualify. Training is primarily on the 1-meter springboard, the board used in high school competition, with a focus on technical refinement, consistency, and competition readiness.
High school diving asks a lot in a short window. Championship meets require a full eleven-dive list across all five diving groups, learned and polished inside a season that runs only a few months. Year-round training is what makes that realistic. We build the list the right way, one solid dive at a time, rather than rushing skills that fall apart under pressure. For divers who are ready, we also develop 3-meter skills, which widens what they can do and prepares them for what comes after high school.
Families choose two or four practices per week. Each practice is 90 minutes.

Junior Olympic
Your pathway to the NCAA and beyond.
Junior Olympic is our invitation-only group for dedicated athletes who show the skill, work ethic, and mindset to compete at the highest levels of USA Diving. Training spans all three events, 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform, and is built on the same Long-Term Athlete Development model used by leading programs worldwide. The group practices five days a week, and divers are expected to attend all designated competitions to stay eligible.
This is the on-ramp to USA Diving's sanctioned competitive system, the system that feeds college recruiting. Athletes who develop through Future Champions and demonstrate the technical foundation, commitment, and competitive interest are evaluated for an invitation.

Summer Dive Camps
A splashy introduction to the sport.
Each summer we run two-week sessions for kids ages 6 to 13, no experience needed. Camp is the easiest way to find out if your child loves diving. Sessions mix dryland and in-water instruction, stay small so every camper gets real coaching attention, and close with an actual competition where divers show off what they learned.
Camp graduates who join the year-round program receive 50% off their first month, and we offer a sibling discount for families with more than one camper.

Private Lessons
Focused, one-on-one time on the board.
Private lessons are one-on-one sessions with Coach Logan or Coach Monte. They suit a diver working through a specific skill, a family exploring the sport for the first time, or an athlete preparing for a meet or a tryout, anytime concentrated attention helps more than a group setting can. They are open to divers of all ages.
Lessons are drop-in by appointment on Fridays. To set one up, reach out and we will find a time that works.
