A Program for Every Diver

We are a year-round competitive dive program with a place for every age and level, from a first jump at age five to training for college diving. Every diver is on the same path. Learn the basics well, compete, and keep going as far as they want to take it.

Future Champions

Where every diving journey begins.

Future Champions is built for divers ages 5 to 13 who are ready to start. Whether your child is brand new, moving up from a Summer Dive Camp, or arriving with a gymnastics or other athletic background, this is where the foundation gets built.

Future Champions runs on three skill levels. Bronze is jumps and line ups. Silver adds pike jumps, 3 meter, and the first two dives. Gold finishes the four dives, front, back, reverse, and inward, on 1 meter, plus a back line up tuck on 3 meter. A diver who completes Gold is invited to Junior Olympic, at any age.

At this stage we are not trying to build a long dive list. We work on body awareness, clean shapes (tuck, pike, straight), hurdle mechanics, and safe, confident entries. We teach in a structured, multi-level progression so every diver knows what they are working on and what comes next. Safety is built in at every step, with dryland training, spotting belts, and the pool's bubbler system so divers gain confidence before trying anything new.

Families choose two or four practices per week to fit their schedule. Each practice is 90 minutes. The goal is for divers to enjoy the sport and learn the fundamentals that everything else builds on.

High School Program

Your edge in high school diving.

For divers ages 14 and up who want to compete at the varsity level. Strong grade 7 and 8 divers may also qualify. Training is primarily on the 1-meter springboard, the board used in high school competition, with a focus on technical refinement, consistency, and competition readiness.

High school diving asks a lot in a short window. Championship meets require a full eleven-dive list across all five diving groups, learned and polished inside a season that runs only a few months. Year-round training is what makes that realistic. We build the list one solid dive at a time rather than rushing through skills that fall apart in a meet. For divers who are ready, we also develop 3-meter skills, which widens what they can do and prepares them for what comes after high school.

Families choose two or four practices per week. Each practice is 90 minutes.

Junior Olympic

Your pathway to the NCAA and beyond.

Junior Olympic is our competitive team, and the door opens on skill, not age. A diver who has a front, back, reverse, and inward dive on 1 meter and a back line up tuck on 3 meter is invited to join. Joining is optional, and divers who join move to the JO practice schedule and tuition. Training spans all three events, 1 meter, 3 meter, and platform, built on the same Long Term Athlete Development model used by leading programs worldwide. The group practices five days a week, competes through the USA Diving season, and works through Levels 1 to 5 on our Skill Levels page. Divers are expected to attend all designated competitions to stay eligible.

This is where divers enter USA Diving's competitive system, which is what college coaches recruit from. Most of our JO divers come up through Future Champions and earn the four dives there. Divers coming from another program request an evaluation, and we check the same five skills.

Summer Dive Camps

An easy introduction to the sport.

Each summer we run two-week sessions for kids ages 5 to 13, no experience needed. Camp is the easiest way to find out if your child likes diving. Sessions mix dryland and pool time, are capped at 12 divers so every camper gets plenty of turns, and end with an intersquad meet where divers show what they learned.

Camp graduates who join the year-round program get 50% off their first month, and there is a 25% sibling discount for families with more than one camper.

Private Lessons

Focused, one-on-one time on the board.

Private lessons are one-on-one sessions with Coach Logan or Coach Monte. They suit a diver working through a specific skill, a family exploring the sport for the first time, or an athlete preparing for a meet or the high school season, anytime concentrated attention helps more than a group setting can. They are open to divers of all ages.

Lessons are by appointment on Fridays between 4:00 and 7:00 pm, depending on Coach Monte's schedule. Members pay $30 for 30 minutes or $60 for an hour. Non-members pay $50 for 30 minutes or $100 for an hour. To set one up, email Coach Logan and we will find a time that works.
